Jillian Michaels, one of the personal trainers on the television show The Biggest Loser, now has her own weight loss website. She appears to have put the same energy into her site as she does into getting her contestants into shape. The site is chalked full of useful tips for losing weight and staying motivated.

Jillian says it takes 3 things to lose weight: Self, science and sweat. She also says something I completely agree with and that is losing weight is just a numbers game. If you eat more calories than you use, you are going to gain weight and if you eat fewer calories than you use, you are going to lose weight.

You can join Jillian’s website for $4 per week. For all the information that is available this is an excellent deal. This website has several tools available to help you lose weight. There is also a message board for support. Jillian has addressed all the issues I consider important when it comes to weight loss: eating healthy, exercising, staying motivated and changing the thinking that caused you to over eat in the first place.
