I went to a water aerobics class given by mer personal trainer. I actually liked her class. It was not what I thought it would be. I did not gain any weight, which I found surprising after the holiday. It is an incentive to move forward. I exercised for about 45 minutes which is good for me. Just to get out of the house to exercise is an accomplishment, but I did it. All-in-all things are going pretty well and I am getting back in my routine. Work was relatively light and that helped me maintain a good balance in my diet.
