Now that it is getting cold, my thoughts can’t help but change to thoughts of being in a warm climate. It is my goal to live in a place where the climate allows me to swim all year around and wear beach wear anytime that I want. On Sunday, I always start thinking about the next week. For some reason, I have started thinking about it already and it is only Saturday evening. I think it becasue I have had a relatively productive weekend. I have accomplished a lot. Tomorrow, one of my priorities will be to exercise. I may just go to the pool. I get a good workout and I am at ease to the point where I can almost meditate. It is a very serene atmosphere for me and I like. The hardest part is the motivation it takes to go. I have not done well with my goal of eliminating sugar. Although, I did not do to bad today. Tomorrow, I am going to see it I can’t get through just 24 hours. Afterall, this is a “one day at a time” program.
