Well, my personal trainer is not going to let me get away with slacking although I already have. She called me and wants me to come tomorrow night. I might as well. I have nothing else to do and I am at a pretty bad place right now. Maybe that will help me break out of the spot that I am stuck in. Tomorrow is the ladies gift exchange and I feel like I just am not doing anything well. Everything is being done about half and that has to change. Hopefully, tomorrow I can be more organized.

Well, I think I am going to cancel my appointment with my personal trainer. It has been snowing most of the day and I just got home and I really don’t feel like going back out in the mess. This seems like a convenient enough excuse to me. I just wish I did not feel this way.

People wonder why I like coming to work as early as I do. Well, this morning is one of the reasons. We had our first snow fall of the years and naturally people drive like they have never been in snow before. It make angry more than it stresses me. I don’t understand why people can’t just go with the flow and leave some distance. I am here all in one piece and I am sure it is going to be 3 times as bad for the people who have 8AM start times. I just hope that things are a little better at lunch. I have some errands to run and I don’t feel like being stuck in traffic.

Why do I have such a hard time forgiving myself and accepting myself for who I am. This has not been one of my better weeks as far as that goes.

Rawdon, November 30, 2007 – Mother Nature has been busy during the past week, covering the Lanaudière landscape with an average of 45 cm (18 inches) of snow and more in the northern part of the region. Snowmobile enthusiasts can now start their engines for a new season with 350 kilometres (161 miles) of trails open in northern Lanaudière.

These are the areas that are currently accessible, where conditions are good with new snow coverage:

• Mont-Tremblant National Park (start at Pimbina entrance)
• Certain areas in Saint-Zénon
• Certain areas in Saint-Michel-des-Saints
