		<description>I think working out at home has a lot of advantages - but also some drawbacks. I used to work out at home a few years ago with a friend. We had equipment like dumb- and barbells as well as weights, bench... My sister also accumulated cardio equipment over the years ;-) . We had lot of fun but after some time we just felt like...we needed something more. We started going to the gym, where access to further equipment was possible.
However, music provided in the gym sucks which is - in my opinion - one of the most important things for workouts. Of course ipod does the trick, but working out with speakers at full volume at home...you know ;-)</description>
