		<description>Sswim for an hour. Take a run each day also, I started with about 1/2 mile then built up about 1/4-1/2 mile every day or two. 

Cut out ALL junkfood, except once a week.

Fried fish(fried in a healthy way) should concur the fries craving

Fruit and Cool whip free should concur a sweet craving

Do a lot of work in your most problematic areas.

Weight Watchers cakes are good as desert. I think 90 calories per cake? They taste like yodels if you take the frosting off and add cool whip free.
