Fat Smash Diet-Phase 4

Posted under diets by admin

This phase, called the Temple, is all about maintenance and what to do if we happen to slip back into old habits. At this stage of the game, nothing is off limits. But life is all about balance and moderation. You can have that piece of cake once in awhile, but it cannot become a habit.

The part of this book that I found of great value was the information concerning breaking through a plateau. Plateaus can be quite discouraging. You work so hard and nothing. I recently experienced a plateau and this is the method I used. According to the book, if you increase your exercise by 20 percent and decrease your calories by the same amount your body should be shocked out of its comfort zone. They recommend doing this for 7-9 days. It was only a few days before I saw a weight loss.

There is no reason why you should not be able to maintain a healthy lifestyle by following the Fat Smash Diet. This plan is balances and is one of the easier food plans I have come accross.

  1. Christophe Said,

Thanks for making this website as I’m entering Pase 2 but reading ahead.

When you say exercise twice / day, what’s the optimum amount of time I should spend doing it?

What’s the minimum I could get away with?

    Thanks for your support.

    Christophe.

  2. Jim O'Connor Said,

I really like a system of checks and balances for this diet program. It is all about a long term lifestyle change. The plateau breaker is quit clever. At least there is a system in place. The smash diet looks very interesting!

  3. admin Said,

I would recommend starting with 15 minutes of aerobic exercise twice a daying and try to work up to two 30 minute sessions.

  8. Trevorz Said,

Cleansing, nourishing and supporting your digestive system will help with weight loss.
We could cleanse with botanicals and natural fibers
We nourishes and protects the colon with probiotics to support the “friendly flora” in the colon. try to use natural ingredients which work synergistically to cleanse and support the entire body, removing toxins and protecting the colon. At the same time we need to use a very good Multi Vitamin to protect our bodies of the free redicals that are stirred when you cleanse. I hope The above will help. Feel free to visit my free Health Center for more info.

  9. Claire - Chiropractic Said,

I don’t understand the need to diet. I believe that if you diet, you are starving your body of food, and so when you come off a diet, you will put on weight again. People don’t need to diet, (most of the time they spend the rest of thier lives dieting anyway!) but we all just need to make sure we are eating the correct balance. I don’t diet, and never have done. I have always eaten healthy and enjoyed excersise and team sports, so i think i have always been quite naturally healthy. But its quite easy to slip into the pattern - especially when finishing school and college, once you have your car, and an office job to get lazy.

  10. szybkie odchudzanie Said,

Very cool diet. Thanks for posting this. I benfit form that a lot. I am in phase 3.

  11. admin Said,

The experts recommend you eat enough in the morning before you exercise to “take the edge off.” A piece of toast and a small glass of juice is good.

I don’t like the word “diet”, but unfortunately that is the word society uses. To me the word diet signifies something that is temporary. People say they are on a diet like it something that they will only use for a period of time.

The truth is if eating healthy does not become a lifestyle change, you will probably never get the weight off and if you do, the chances of you keeping it off are not good.
