
If You Want to Lose Weight, Eat at Home
Have ever really paid attention to the serving sizes when you eat in a restaurant? How many calories are really in that meal? Most restaurant meals contain twice the calories that you should be eating at one meal and probably all the fat and then some for the whole day in that one meal.
Bottom line is the more you eat at home, the faster you are going to get that excess weight off. Losing weight is not easy no matter how you do it. Although restaurants have many healthy food choices available, I have a much harder time making a healthy choice with those pictures of juicy cheeseburgers staring me right in the face.
Preparing meals at home is a much more controlled environment with a lot less temptations. It is easier to measure a serving size from your home than from underneath all the toppings that come on top of restaurant meals.
Because the situation is more controlled in your home, you will lose more weight the more often you eat there. It all depends on how fast you want to see you excess weight disappear how often you will want to eat at home.
