		<description>I don&#039;t really have a problem with my weight, as i have always been quite skinny, but the world we live in, its full of nice foods, which are very tempting and very hard to refuse. I have noticed since i brought a new place - i have put on slightly abit of weight, which is unusual, not a problem because i am probably still underweight. I notice alot around me, my mum is always on a diet, or trys to be, but she likes too many cream cakes! I think just generally eating small bits and healthy bits often will help people loose weight more than starving themselves of a particular type of food or just food in general.</description>
