The Fat Smash Diet-Phase 2

The second phase of the fat smash diet lasts 3 weeks and is referred to as the foundation phase. You will be reintroducing some of the healthy foods that were eliminated during the first phase of this food plan.

The main points of this phase are:
1. Eat 4-5 meals daily without overeating.
2. Eat as many fruits and vegetables as possible (avoiding potatoes and avocados). This will keep you full, without adding calories.
3. Stick to an eating schedule and do not skip meals.
4. Exercise is not an option. It is a necessity. You should be exercising 5 times a week for 30 minutes each time.
5. Avoid fried and fatty foods.

This phase added lean meats, fish, egg whites and low fat dairy products back into your diet, which is a welcome relief after the last 9 days.

This is one of the most basic and easiest to follow food plans around. Simply put, it is all about making healthy food choices most of the time and exercising regularly.

    simple diets are ok as long as you are strict to the test and dont vear off and eat chocolate twice a day as a break.
