For some people they are going to help and for others they may be better off spending their money on something other than diet weight loss supplements.

In most cases, it is not going to hurt you to try a weight loss supplement. It may lighten your pocketbook a bit. Some of these supplements can be on the pricey side, but you may be one of the lucky ones that loses weight by taking a diet weight loss supplement.
